- Free registration with an email address, confirmed by a link. The same account also plays in the iOS and Android apps.
- Phone browser
- Elvenar has official iOS and Android apps on the same account, and updates reach them in the same week. We did not try the browser version on a phone.
- Money
- Free to play. Diamonds are bought with real money or won in community contests and pay for speed-ups, buildings and event currency. There is a paid event pass, and optional video ads give extra rewards.
- Paid random items
- Yes. Most events sell their chest currency for Diamonds, and the chests and cups it opens give random rewards. The support pages show no odds.
- Languages
- English; support in about 20 languages
- Age
- 16 and over: InnoGames' terms do not allow younger players.
- Company
- Fellowships with shared adventures, neighbourly help between cities and event leagues. We found no way for players to attack each other.
- Status
- Release 1.243 reached the English servers on 6 October 2026, and six events have run so far this year.

How it plays
How Elvenar plays
Elvenar is a city builder with a fantasy coat of paint. You choose elves or humans, place workshops and residences on a growing grid, and spend Knowledge Points on research that opens new buildings and, chapter by chapter, new races to trade with.
Fights are against computer-controlled provinces, the Spire of Eternity and event content, not other players. The social side is a fellowship that runs joint adventures and neighbours who help each other's buildings.
Your first half hour
- 0–5 minRegister at elvenar.com with an email address and confirm it, then choose elves or humans.
- 5–15 minFollow the opening quests: residences, a workshop and the first research.
- 15–30 minStart a long production before you leave, and look at the event window to see what is sold for Diamonds.
Accounts and ages
Sign-up needs an email address, confirmed by a link. Other login options for the browser version were not confirmed.
InnoGames' terms say: 'We only offer our games to players who are at least 16 years old.' That is also the age at which PEGI's 2026 rules place games that sell paid random items.
