About

A guide that keeps only what works.

LootTide picks browser RPGs that open in a web browser today and describes them with checked facts instead of scores.

Why this guide exists

Lists of browser RPGs age badly. Games close, move to launchers or stop updating, while the lists keep recommending them. On one popular list we checked in October 2026, five of nine games no longer started in a browser: one had closed in 2024, one had moved to Steam, two needed Flash or Silverlight, and one could not be confirmed at all.

LootTide keeps nine games that opened in a desktop browser on 23 October 2026 and says plainly what each one costs, how it starts and how much of your day it asks.

What we do not do

There are no scores, no affiliate links and no sponsored places. Links go to the official sites without a referral code, and no game has paid to appear.

LootTide does not cover games with real-money gambling, and it names paid random items wherever a shop sells them.
